Rail Trails Australia is a predominately volunteer, not-for-profit, organisation which works for the development and promotion of a rail trail network Australia-wide.
Rail Trails Australia:
- advocates for new and improved rail trails
- promotes rail trails and their use
- supports and connects stakeholders involved in current or potential rail trails
- maintains a sustainable volunteer-driven organisation.
